Ottawa Lawyer: Fatal Car Accident on March Road

A Kanata car accident on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 resulted in the 35th fatal accident of 2010 in the Ottawa area.

A female passenger in a Honda Accord died at the scene on March Road when a dump truck smashed into the passenger’s side of the vehicle.  The driver of the Honda suffered serious head injuries.  The accident happened near Terry Fox Drive.  The Honda struck a light standard.  Both the driver and the deceased passenger were 68 years old.  The driver of the dump truck was 19 years old.
