Have you used all your rehab funding?

Have you used all your rehab funding?

It’s an important question – and not just because it’s about money. In Ontario, the law requires anyone in an active personal injury case to use all their available rehab benefits through private insurance or employee coverage before they can receive funding from an insurance company handling an accidents benefits claim, regardless of whether it’s car or home insurance. People are often forgetting to exhaust that first source of funding more than even because of the pandemic, yet doing so can slow down or delay your claim.
