Will Keele has practiced plaintiff’s side personal injury law for more than 15 years. After earning his law degree from the University of Windsor in 2009, he dedicated his career to helping seriously injured clients obtain financial security for their future and return to all meaningful aspects of their lives.
Will has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. His extensive experience and deep knowledge of insurance disputes have earned him the respect of colleagues and opposing counsel alike.
Will’s practice covers a wide range of complex cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, occupiers’ liability, school and municipal negligence, product liability, medical malpractice, civil sexual assault, and professional negligence. Over his career, he has helped clients achieve numerous multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his success in recovering compensation for his clients, Will is a contributor to the legal text, Ontario Courtroom Procedure (LexisNexis), has authored numerous papers, and presented at legal education conferences for legal organizations such as the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
When Will isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending concerts and Toronto Blue Jays baseball games, as well as running, skiing, snowboarding, sailing and camping.
