Robert has had the opportunity to work on both the plaintiff and defence side of personal injury over the course of his career after being called to the Ontario Bar. This experience gives him an advantage when he is advocating for his clients to ensure they get the best possible outcome for their case.
Robert has handled various types of cases including motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls and Long-Term Disability benefit denials. He has also successfully argued an in-person LAT hearing, resulting in a favourable outcome for his client.
Robert enjoys working in personal injury litigation as it gives him the opportunity to help those who need it most and fight against corporate greed. Before being called to the bar, Robert was Chair of the Western Law Orientation committee, mentoring new students.
He also hopes to expand his advocacy skills and become further integrated into the local legal community. In his free time, Robert enjoys reading, yoga, cooking and travelling with his family.
