Ottawa Police Looking for Possible Bus Accident Victim

The Ottawa accident lawyers at Auger Hollingsworth are reposting this important public service message from the Ottawa Police. Remember, if you are injured in an accident, it is very important to report the accident.  Injuries that do not appear serious immediately, may become much worse as time passes.  If you have not reported the accident, it is much harder to claim compensation.
(Ottawa)-The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in determining if a pedestrian was struck by an OC Transpo bus on the Ottawa River Parkway approximately 250 meters east of Woodroffe Ave.

The driver of an OC Transpo bus called police at about 11:10 pm last evening advising that his driver’s side mirror may have struck a pedestrian who was walking along the median of the Parkway. He stopped immediately and searched the area with negative results.

Police attended the area last night and this morning searching the area extensively but again found nothing.

Investigators ask that anyone with information about this incident call the Ottawa Police immediately at 613-236-1222 ext. 2912.
